Wow, it's already January!  We all had a great holiday break and are now ready to focus on the TAKS tests.  The Reading TAKS test will be given n March 4th and the Math TAKS test will be given on April 29th.  There are still a few skills that we need to practice.  The Third Graders now know all of the multiplication facts or at least how to figure them out.  We are working on the division facts now.  The Second Graders are now practicing on the fact families.  We have been working a lot on the subtraction facts.  Basketball is in full force as well as a lot of other activities, so be sure you are continuing to check your child's backpack every night.
