Statement

High School athletics is a competitive environment where young women develop the skills needed to be successful in sports and more importantly in life. Though winning is very important to us, we will not compromise our integrity or morals in pursuit of victory. Our program is built on team unity, trustworthiness and integrity. Anyone wishing to be a part of our program must possess these core characteristics.

We believe in a “100% in” attitude. This means that if you’re a member of any Nettes team, you need to give 100% effort to that team while you are practicing or competing. You must work to develop team chemistry and trust by your actions on and off the court, or field of competition. We do not want half effort in anything we do. We strive for “Competitive Greatness.” We strive to be the best. We have the strong foundation of great pride and tradition. We are here to carry on the tradition of those who came before us. Our aunts, sisters, moms and grandmas have set the bar incredibly high and we are committed to continuing what they have started.
